Annual Maintenance Plan – $13/Month
Inspect both Heating and Cooling equipment as applicable to the homeInspect all motors, bearings, and sensors. Perform basic cleaning of equipment. Provide and install 1 filter with the service. Provide customer with a report of any deficiencies and quote for repairs.
This typically would be scheduled in the summer so we can properly evaluate the Air Conditioning. Heat only systems would be done in the fall
Semi-Annual Maintenance Plan – $27/Month
Inspect both Heating and Cooling equipment as applicable to the home. Inspect all motors, bearings, and sensors. Perform basic cleaning of equipment. Provide and install 1 filter with each service. Provide customer with a report of any deficiencies and quote for repairs.
This would typically be scheduled in the spring for cooling and the fall for heating. This allows us to be more thorough and make sure your equipment is ready for our Michigan weather!
Annual Tankless Water Heater Maintenance Plan – $13/Month
Perform food safe flush on heat exchanger of water heater. Inspect all internal and external water heater components for wear, damage and debris. Perform manufacturer recommended maintenance items. Provide customer with a report of any deficiencies and a quote for repairs
Annual Tankless Boiler Maintenance Plan – $13/Month
Perform food safe flush on heat exchanger of water heater. Inspect all internal and external boiler components for wear, damage and debris. Perform manufacturer recommended maintenance items. Provide customer with a report of any deficiencies and a quote for repairs

Annual Generator Maintenance Plan – $17.50/Month
Perform full oil change, air filter change, spark plug replacement and checkups on your whole house generator. Perform checkup and test system to make sure it operates correctly. Provide customer with a report of any deficiencies and a quote for repairs
Annual Tank Water Heater Maintenance Plan – $12/Month
Perform tank flush on water heater. Inspect all internal and external water heater components for wear, damage and debris. Inspect combustion compartment if applicable. Perform manufacturer recommended maintenance items. Provide customer with a report of any deficiencies and a quote for repairs
